The „Forum of young people on participation in Europe – It’s our Europe!“ is organized by the City of Ludwigsburg in cooperation with the Franco-German Institute.

 

 

 

Our team

Staff of the City of Ludwigsburg and the Franco-German Institute are responsible for this project. Who they are and exactly what they are responsible for can be found below:
 

Susanne Karstedt manages the Department for Central Services and Representation. She coordinates and manages the Forum "It’s our Europe" and is also contact person for all events taking place to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Charles de Gaulle’s speech to the young people of Germany in Ludwigsburg. Susanne Karstedt
Meike Wätjen is from the Press Office of the City of Ludwigsburg and is responsible for Public Relations relating to "It’s our Europe". She keeps the journalists up to date on the project and organises contacts and networks for the participants of the forum. She also acts on behalf of Susanne Karstedt in project coordination. Bénédicte Weste assists Susanne Karstedt in conceptualisation and organization of the Forum. Bénédicte Weste
Anne-Sophie Barreau is responsible for the project website of "It’s our Europe". She moderates the discussion on the internet, asks „The Question of the Week“, keeps the online library up to date, plans events for the Forum and is generally responsible for matters concerning the online discussion forum. Dr. Stefan Seidendorf and Henriette Heimbach assist the Forum "It’s our Europe" with scientific background information. At the Franco-German Institute they organize the international conference “The future of democracy in Europe.
